RENTAL POLICIES

Our rental policies below are designed to ensure a clear, consistent, and reliable experience for every client. These guidelines outline the requirements, expectations, and procedures associated with each reservation, helping maintain the condition, performance, and availability of every vehicle in our fleet.

All reservations are subject to eligibility verification, approval, and confirmation prior to the start of the rental. Once a booking is confirmed, the selected vehicle is reserved for the specified dates, and all terms are established in advance to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the process.

These policies are in place to protect both our clients and our vehicles while ensuring every rental is handled professionally, securely, and without unexpected issues.

Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle, all drivers must meet certain requirements, including:

      • being atleast 18 years of age
      • possessing a valid, non-expired driver’s license
      • providing proof of full coverage insurance

All renters must be approved prior to the start of the rental period, and any additional drivers must be disclosed and approved in advance. Requirements may vary depending on the selected vehicle.

Payments & Fees

All rentals require full payment and a security deposit prior to vehicle release, including:

      • accepted payment methods are card, cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, cryptocurrency, and wire transfer
      • refundable security deposits range from $1k to $5k and are authorized at time of pickup or delivery

Deposits are released once the vehicle is returned in its original condition, with processing times varying based on payment method and bank policies. Additional fees may apply for delivery, excess mileage, late returns, or policy violations. Final amounts are determined by the selected vehicle and rental duration.

Insurance & Liability

Specialty or exotic car insurance is not required to rent. Your personal auto insurance policy may apply, provided it includes full coverage.

All renters must carry verifiable comprehensive and collision coverage with a minimum of $100,000 in liability and uninsured property damage coverage. Certain vehicles may require higher limits depending on the model selected.

Renters are fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including any damage, loss, or violations incurred while the vehicle is in their possession.

Mileage & Usage

Each rental includes 100 miles per 24-hour period. For shorter rentals, such as 6 or 12 hours, mileage is prorated accordingly. Additional mileage is charged at a per-mile rate starting at $3 per mile, which may vary depending on the vehicle selected.

Vehicles must be operated under normal driving conditions only. Use for racing, track events, off-road driving, or any misuse is strictly prohibited. Geographic restrictions may apply, and any out-of-state travel must be disclosed and approved in advance.

Cancellation & Changes

All reservations are final. Any cancellations or modifications will be issued as a credit that can be applied toward a future rental, subject to availability and approval.

Vehicle Condition & Return

Vehicles are delivered in clean, inspected condition and must be returned in the same state. Condition, cleanliness, and return time will be verified upon return.

Additional charges may apply for late returns, excessive cleaning, smoking, or any damage beyond normal wear and use.
